Devops Engineer (system Admin)

Job Description

• Must have strong knowledge in the following skills: -A commitment to best practices. Well want your opinions on operational processes, DevOps, deployment checklists, and more,Linux and Windows Server administration and Shell Scripting,1+ year of developing software with object-oriented languages like PHP, ideally in SOA applications,Extensive knowledge about APIs. You can design RESTful services and integrate with other data providers, and you know when to use JSON or XML
• Experience with cloud services (AWS is a must). You know the gotchas,,potential problems, and how to setup a geographically redundant service in the cloud,A solid understanding of networking and core Internet protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks),Lots of experience with Linux/UNIX systems and the best practices for deploying applications to those stacks,High level security experience and hardening techniques,Expert experience with most AWS Services (Primarily: EC2, RDS, Elasticache, EFS, VPC, Security Groups, NAT Gateway),Building auto-scaling architectures,Building an event based monitoring / alerting system,If the above job does not suit your profile, you can still apply as we have various vacancies across different cities & job areas
