• - Minimally 2 years of hands-on technical leadership or people management
• - Hands on experience working with Web Back-end
• - Strong hands on coding, design, and architectural skills
• - Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change: excited about pushing out lots of code quickly and constantly iterating
• - Experience with hiring and building self-sustaining teams
