Job Description

• Business Analysts are responsible for eliciting and capturingrequirements developing test plan, test strategy and implementing solutions toaddress business needs of medium to high complex single or multiple projects.The Business Analyst is expected to have strong knowledge and expertise acrossa project, program or domain and have exposure of operating in an Agile basedproject setup. Business Analysts are also involved in providing training,guidance and mentorship support to new BAs and in reviewing their work

• €¢ Supportend to end project cycle on all types of projects using agile process
• €¢ SupportDiscovery for Scope Definition & Key Decision,€¢ Responsiblefor the Product requirements, creating user stories in product backlog,refining sprint stories
• €¢ Breakdown business features to detailed stories that scrum teams can pick up,€¢ Workone or two sprints in advance to create a good backlog of user stories,€¢ Ensuredocuments are updated and available for story execution,€¢ PerformExploratory Data analysis and working closely with Sales/Marketing/Ops & ITto answer any requirements related questions
• €¢ PerformBusiness Acceptance Test planning, preparation, and execution. Collaborateswith testers to ensure requirements are understood and completely tested,ensures traceability of testing to requirements
• €¢ SupportBusiness readiness coordination activities,€¢ SupportScrum Master, Scrum Teams and Squad Leader / Tribe Leader in execution ofproject management tasks and activities
• TheSkills that are Key to this role,Functional/ Behavioral,€¢ Extensiveexperience across the project and the solution development lifecycles €“including business analysis & research, business process mapping, and thedocumentation of business requirements
• €¢ Knowledgeand experience of Agile based project delivery
• €¢ Knowledgeand experience in specific domain, application
• €¢ Certificationof Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Certified Business AnalysisProfessional (CBAP) is preferred
• €¢ Positiveattitude and flexible mindset,TheSkills that are Good to have for this role,€¢ Youshould have strong Stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills,high quality documentation, ability to work independently, strong analyticalskills
• How YourWork Impacts the Organization,Customer Solutions team is engaged in end toend execution of IT efforts for workplace investing, healthcare and digitalproduct lines. The team is engaged in performing the discovery work for newinitiatives as well as end to end execution of efforts which involves gatheringrequirements, business acceptance testing and deployment and readinessactivities. The team comprises of Squad Leader, Business Analyst and ConsultantRoles. The work which the team does is critical for Fidelity to successfullyexecute various efforts which impacts Plan Sponsors & Participants
• TheExpertise We€™re Looking For,€¢ 4+years of Business Analyst experience,€¢ BE,BTech, MBA,€¢ CBAPcertification is preferred
