We are looking for a highly-motivated marketing leader with great attention to detail and the ability to stay flexible and respond quickly to a multitude of requests. Your primary role will be to build a marketing function that can support the HQ based marketing team to execute multi-faceted projects
This role will require strategic thinking, attention to detail, creative problem solving and strong communication skills to work with different teams and stakeholders. This person should be highly organized, with the ability to manage requests efficiently and accurately
Responsibilities Hire and lead a team to support projects ranging from but not limited to Content Development, Web & Graphic Design, Email Marketing, Social Marketing, Search Marketing/SEO, Project Management and Market research,In addition, you will also manage the India-based sales development team
Collaborate with the HQ based marketing team to conduct research, develop strategy, manage the schedule and budget for marketing projects described above,Provide strategic guidance and day-to-day support to the local marketing team
Regularly review project timelines and results and make adjustments as necessary
Complement existing marketing efforts with fresh insight and new ideas
Requirements MBA from a reputed institution 12 years experience in technology marketing with demonstrated results in integrated marketing including content management, website management, and demand generation. (minimum of 5 years in leadership positions),A demonstrated track record building, managing and motivating a high performing team of marketing professionals,Track record of success in marketing at a high growth B2B technology company with multiple regions and distribution channels
Deep understanding and experience using a wide range of marketing disciplines including email marketing, content marketing, website, and demand generation,Shown ability to develop and manage budgets,Strong familiarity with marketing automation vendors such as Marketo, and Salesforce.com
Strong understanding of current marketing strategies, technologies, and processes including ABM,Some travel required (10 PERCENT -15 PERCENT ),Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Thrives in high energy, fast-growth environment,Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence and motivate team members cross-functionally,Qubole is hitting that growth inflection point where we need talented people to help us scale up.
