Job Description

• JD:,Ensuring that the ITGC framework, the controls and the control activities are operating effectively across zones, including controls managed internally or by 3rd party vendors,Execution of SAP controls relating to User Access Management, SOD and SAP security,Performing control Reviews on application, Operating System and Database layers,Executing internal testing of design and operating effectiveness in line with SOX requirements,Managing controls on SAP GRC, scheduling self-assessments and extracting reports,Reporting of ITGC status to the Global and zone level management
• Act as the focus for Risk Management in Bangalore Delivery Centre. Identification of risks contained in the ITGC responses and ensuring these risks are entered in the Risk Management process
• Coordination of the interaction with Global Compliance teams, Internal Controls team and External Audits by Big 4 relating to testing of the ITGC,Coordination of remediation activities required as a result of deficiencies identified by testing or audit activities,Providing technical guidance and advice to Control Owners with the remediation of ITGC controls that have not passed either management or audit testing,Building Standard Operating Procedures based on technical inputs from Control Owners and own process knowledge,Providing technical guidance and consultancy advice to Internal Control Owners with the ongoing management of ITGC Controls performed by third party suppliers,Knowledge and Experience Required : The position requires an understanding of technology, people and process and therefore the incumbent is required to be a problem solver and an effective consultant. They should possess domain competency in the field of IT General Controls incorporating:,Extensive relevant experience in implementing and operating an IT General Controls framework in a large organisation,Degree in a technology related field or business administration, or equivalent work or education related experience,Knowledge of control frameworks such as Sarbanes-Oxley, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, ISO 27005, COBiT, COSO and ITIL (v3),Exposure to and an understanding of IT General Computing Control (ITGC) methods as applied to applications, operating systems and databases,Use of SAP GRC or equivalent tools for managing IT Controls,Good understanding of formal project management methodology and audit principles, including sampling strategies and techniques,Exposure to training end users,Proficiency with personal computers, experience with productivity software, such as Windows, Microsoft Office software,Basic SAP control execution knowledge preferred,Min Work experience,6,Max work experience,9,Primary Skill,Technical | Infrastructure Management | Process
