• Must have 3 years of experience managing projects
• Must have been a Java or .NET developer prior to managing projects,Experience with Microsoft Project (MPP) is a must,Experience with consulting firms such as the Big four or the like is highly preferred,Experience managing Internet based projects a must,Good communication skills (written and oral),Good interpersonal skills with executive management,Good Customer management skills:,proven methods to manage scope,manage risks and risk mitigation schemes,customer expectation management,Adherence to processes and execution metrics,Highly motivated and self driven,Impeccable delivery record,Must be willing to travel as needed,Extremely good interpersonal skills,Extremely good presentation skills,One that takes charge and does what it takes to get the job done
