• 2. Supply Chain competency should be E3 and above
• 3. In this role, candidates would have the opportunity to conduct and develop:,a) Supply Chain opportunity assessment and Business Case Development,b) Defining the value drivers for different supply chain processes like integrated business planning, Sales and Operations Planning, demand forecasting, supply chain planning and Inventory optimization etc
• c) Best of breed Supply Chain package evaluation & selection for IBP, forecasting, planning and inventory management,Please Note:, Candidates having prior consulting and delivery experience in S&OP, forecasting, planning would be preferred
• MBAs from premier institutes would be preferred, Knowledge of supply chain applications of SAP, Oracle, JDA would be a plus, Candidates should be willing to travel extensively,Role Description:,1. Confidently and effectively engage with client in IBP, S&OP, forecasting, planning and related processes
• 2. Design consulting approaches & frameworks and services offerings,3. Coordinates various stake holders (client and internal ) and supports executive level client steering committee meetings; can manage conflict resolution among various stake holders/staff to successfully drive supply chain initiatives
• 4. Actively maintains knowledge of emerging digital enablers to develop supply chain services offerings
• 5. Facilitates the development of supply chain management practice advancements by submissions to intellectual capital repository.
