• Allocate staff to various assignments,Sanction expenses related to project work,Identify and evaluated future growth and cost reduction opportunities,Evaluate economic and legal risks to the firm arising out of engagements, consult and adopt suitable risk management practices
• Keep abreast of new developments in the profession, the business, the industry and the regulatory environment
• Be responsible for technical training on the job design, development and delivery and implement HR initiatives supported by the HR division
• Take active interest in organizational endeavors outside the function, generate ideas, and oversee implementation
