Job Description

• Experience with Oracle Siebel CRM Configuration; Business Components Views, Applets, Roles & Responsibilities, Workflow, eScript
• Experience in EAI,Perform Design, Code, test and implement user requirements using Siebel declarative configuration alternatives,Experience with event driven Configuration, such as Workflow Policies and Run-time Events
• Experience with Business Services, Scripting
• Good analytical skills with experience in defect fixing adhering to clients SLA,Collaborate with customer and various business teams to effectively collect requirements and address the risk involved in design,Should possess good leadership quality and mentoring skill,Experience in working on technical design documents,Basic knowledge of XML/XSL/XSD,Good understanding of the database
• Experience in Application Crash Analysis, Log analysis,Should possess excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers,Experience with full life cycle implementation project
• Impact analysis of changes on the Siebel application,Should possess good understanding on Siebel data model and architecture of Siebel Business Applications,Hands on experience on OpenUI will be an adde,
