• Consulting Technical Manager - 19001FII,Preferred Qualifications,Job Description,1. As a Technical Architect, you will be working on both offshore and onsite client projects
• 2. You will be working in projects which will involve Data Warehouse design, Oracle BI Applications Implementation, Upgrade or Support projects in OBIEE and BI Applications,3. You will be Interacting with client to understand and gather requirement,4. You will be responsible for Architecture and technical design, development, and system/integration testing using oracle methodologies,Desired Profile,1. End to-end Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Architect implementation experience,2. Expert knowledge of data modeling,3. Expert knowledge of ETL design and reports design,4. Knowledge of any 1 ETL tool preferably ODI, Informatica, OWB or using PL/SQL Packages
• 5. Some Experience in working with ETL on SAP or Oracle eBS suite or Siebel CRM or PeopleSoft HRMS as the source system,6. Architectural Solution Definition,7. Any Industry Standard Certifications on Data warehousing or TOGAF, will be a plus,8. Expert knowledge in Oracle database and development Experience in the database application

• Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customers objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack
• 8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed
