• Field Application Engineer,Bangalore,Tech/Engineering,ABOUT,Experience with AWS deployed cloud microservices,Required Skills: Java, PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS, MySQL,Preferred Skills: ReactJS, NodeJS, Angular 5, Salesforce CRM,Tools: JIRA, Github, SmartSheets, Postman, BrowserStack, Selenium, Appium,Collaborate with engineers and product managers to resolve deployment challenges for the products,Provide technical training on products to the existing/new users,EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS,BE/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science,2 years of experience as a hands on software developer in web applications or cloud platform,ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES,Participate in the deployment of the product,Collaborate with engineers and product managers to resolve deployment challenges for the products,Provide technical training on products to the existing/new users,Monitoring the health of deployed products,Provide technical support to users of technical products ensuring a quick turnaround,Provide the first line of response and diagnosis for issues reported from the users,Fixes to technical issues wherever possible with a quick turnaround,Collaborate with engineering to resolve some of the tougher issues seen on the field,Provide feedback and inputs to product requirements and suggestions for revisions,Communication with key stakeholders and users on the above
