Job Description

• Job Description Infrastructure Engineer,3 Years experience in system, Server, Network administration
• Responsibilities:,Install and configure software, hardware and expert in troubleshooting of any kind of failure in to installation and configuration
• Windows Server, Laptop, Desktop support and troubleshooting the cross platforms OS i.e. Windows, Linux (Ubuntu, Fedora, Centos), Mac-OS
• Inventory management (Spiceworks and SCCM), License management for software and hardware
• Performance Monitoring and fine tuning for cross platform OS
• Backup management for systems, servers using different tools like (WSBS, DPM etc.)
• Must be aware about different ticketing tools like (Spiceworks or any other)
• Handle Virtualization platform like (Hyper-V, Virtual box etc.) i.e. must be aware about Creation, deletion and implementation, along with troubleshoot skills
• Requirements:,Must have experience in following:,Strong Active Directory understanding skills like Users, groups, OUs, GPOs, FSMO roles manipulation and AD Replication
• Databases (MSSQL, MySQL) Configuration and troubleshooting skills
• Webserver (IIS) configuration and troubleshooting skills,Networks administration for LAN and WAN i.e. Routing, Switching, Vlan management and Common firewall tasks
• VoIP understanding and configuration skills. VoIP Device configuration (configure any VOIP Phones i.e. (Analogue and Digital)
• Cloud services support (e.g. AWS and AZURE etc.),FTP, SFTP server configuration and troubleshooting skills
• Hyper-V and Failover clustering, Storage spaces, storage pools, disk management tasks e.g. Disk manipulation tasks
• Linux troubleshooting skills i.e. Installation and configuration
• Email services e.g. Exchange Online services (Office 365), Outlook, other email client configuration and troubleshooting
• Good to have experience in following:,Database (Postgre, Oracle dB)
• Web servers (Apache, Php)
• Firewall, Switches, WIFI Device
• Access control software and device monitoring and backups
• SCCM and DPM
