• JAVA developer Req #: 190092088,Location: Bangalore East, KA, IN,Job Category: Technology,The Java developer will be a key member of the Margin and Collateral Services application development team responsible for the development and delivery of a fully STP, event driven trade assignment for the Markets business. Knowledge in the Securities Industry and market data are a strong plus, especially an exposure to cleared and non-cleared OTC business, Must be familiar with MVC frameworks such as Struts, Good Knowledge of JAVA 8, Should have proven track record and experience in architecting and designing mission critical applications, Needs to be very familiar with a UNIX environment
• Ability to operate and excel in a team oriented environment
• Ability to think, work and contribute beyond defined responsibilities
• Strong analytical skills with experience in writing functional/technical specifications
• Familiar with RDMS such as Oracle,8 years of Core Java, Multi-threaded programming, Spring [JMS, JDBC, CXF, SpringMVC], Test driven development [JUNIT, Mockito, H2/HSQL] and Automated Testing, Ant/Maven/Jenkins. Web application design and development using Java with experience of JSON/REST APIs
• Experience of building object oriented and message based event driven applications for high volume and low latency applications
• Expert level Java 8, Experience of different types of data models such as ODS, Datamarts, Data warehouse and tuning sql query performance
• Experience of having worked with and used publish-subscribe middleware such IBM MQ/Tibco/Kafka
• Knowledge no sql databases such as Cassandra and Hadoop, Proven experience of building applications using Rest based micro-services architecture, Proven experience of using test automation frameworks such as JUNIT, Cucumber, SPOCK
