• Successful candidate will work as part of the Platform Tools group on architecture, design and development of software solutions for next generation AMD microprocesso
• The Candidate should have:,Strong C , C programming skills, design skills, UI development and System level software development experience
• Bachelo degree or higher in Electronics or Computer Science from a reputed univeity and should have 13 yea of experience
• Required skills:,Expert in architecture, design skills, design patterns, object-oriented programming and front end UI technologies
• Ability to do research, gather information, interpret data, prepare design proposals, flowcharts and diagrams
• Leverage similar existing products and find ways to improve or revolutionize
• Extensive experience with C programming. Knowledge on other languages like Perl, Python, Java, C# etc
• Has work experience in designing solutions for distributed platforms, data center applications
• Extensive knowledge of the software development process and its technologies
• In-depth knowledge of the operating systems such as windows and Linux
• Lead software development projects - scope of the project, assigning duties to the staff and creating a timeline for the project
• Train and mentor Enginee. Motivate the team and encourage them to think creatively
• Skills such as effective communication, ability to work with minimal input & directions, initiative and positive attitude
• Preferred skills:,Good undetanding of x86 architecture, experience with STL, QT or any other UI technologies
• Strong software and system level experience
• Well aware about many Software Technologies/Solutions across industry
• Knowledge of Pre-silicon and Post-silicon product life cycle will be added advantage
