• Role Summary:As a Software Engineer you will be responsible for contributing to back end development with focus on SaaS based product development for a component feature and or feature set. You will work independently and contribute to the team goals. You will also contribute to design discussions and decisions.Essential Responsibilities:Skilled in breaking down problems documenting problem statements and estimating efforts.Expert in writing code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.Skilled in core data structures and algorithms and implements them using appropriate chosen language.Ability to take ownership of small and medium sized tasks and deliver while mentoring and helping team members.Helps drive pair programming practices and code reviews across the team.Demonstrates awareness or product positioning and key differentiators.Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems.Promotes transparency by proactively sharing design choices with appropriate audiences with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness.Demonstrates expert understanding of functional and nonfunctional requirements and their priority within the backlog.Qualifications/Requirements:Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or in STEM Majors (Science Technology Engineering and Math) A minimum 3 years of professional experience (include technical skill) hands on experience designing and developing using the technology stack on Java J2EE Spring Spring Boot JPA etc. Strong experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS or Azure etc. Experience in PaaS and SaaS development. Experience with Microservices Knowledge in front end technologies like HTML5 JavaScript AngularJS."Desired Characteristics:Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to influence others and lead small teams.Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.Effective problem identification and solution skills.Proven analytical and organizational abilityFlexible to learn and work on other technologies/languagesAbout Us:Value based care is a US healthcare delivery model that focuses on value by rewarding better patient outcomes and lower spending.
