• Software Development Snr Manager - 19000P0BPreferred QualificationsThe candidate should be an expert on Java & Application Designing.The candidate should have an experience of developing applications from scratch including having designed UIs for the application.The candidate should have an experience of at least 10-15 years in Software developmentThe candidate should be able to take up a similar work of Application UI Designing for an existing Application.The candidate should exhibit sufficient managerial abilities like dealing with both junior & senior developers to manage & work with a team track work and deliver on time.The candidate should also be able to follow development processes in Oracle along with delivery of software.Detailed Description and Job RequirementsManage a team that designs develops troubleshoots and debugs software programs for databases applications tools networks etc.As a manager of the software engineering division you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing debugging or designing software applications operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture.Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills analytical skills thorough understanding of product development.
