  • Good  in designing and providing the solution approach to the Development teams. Previous experience in designing and implementing highly Scalable high performance distributed systems Ability to research and find/implement/test solutions. Strong technical skills and experience on Core Java design patterns Data structures and Algorithms.  Use of multi-threading thread safe programming event based programming with use of open source software a must.  Be able to clearly articulate the findings and coaching and mentoring development teams will be core part of the job.
