Respond to the incidents and requests within the SLA period. Provides informal mentoring to less experienced colleagues. Develops innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis. Participates critical projects client engagements or business processes. Provides design and documentation at an application or function capability level. Participates in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes. Effectively communicates application and technical direction to the business and within the clients IT organization. Advises on issues of systems integration compatibility scalability and multiple platforms Strong knowledge of application configuration maintenance and support. Follow ITIL processes for incidents changes and requests. Willingness to work shift including US day shift. Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience.Must Have Skills- Provide level 3 application support for billing claims editor for large healthcare client.- Conduct resolution impact analysis for small/large programming enhancements- Utilize programmer tools/techniques to perform root-cause analysis and implement fast-paced production support programming fixes- Perform application testing and verification post planned and unplanned system or IS maintenance/outages Required Skills- 4 year of experience in supporting Microsoft 2008 2012 2016 Web/SQL servers- 4 years of experience troubleshooting production issues with assistance from 3rd party vendors and clients- Familiarity with Service Management methodologies- Strong problem solving skills- Flexibility to work in a team environment or as an individual contributor- On call responsibility. - Technical application and server upgrades conducted during non business hours.Nice to have SkillsFamiliarity with technical hospital billing systems. - Application developmentHealthcare (HIM) experience - Ability to work in a fast pace environment with multiple and shifting prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication and skills to effectively communicate with customers support personnel application development personnel and management.This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA Inc. or its subsidiaries.
