Our Global Service Centers (GSCs) are strategically positioned in Mumbai Bangaloreand Hyderabad to support the firms operations regionally and globally. The centers provide comprehensive strategicsupport across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions.The Technology team at our GSCs service all Lines of Business and Enterprise Technology in helping build and operateinnovative industry leading solutions. The breadth of capabilities within the Technology team at the GSC enables it tosupport the firm in leading edge areas such as Digital Big data analytics Robotics& Machine Learning.Key Roles and Responsibilities of successful candidate: Perform health checks & Monitor infrastructure servers databases distributed batch jobs Knowledge of Incident Problem and Change Management processes and tools Manage track and validate all changes to the Production Disaster Recovery environment. Manage incidents and leverage cross-functional teams to quickly eliminate impacts Escalate issues/Risks effectively when necessary across supporting framework Knowledge (documentation) management experience. Strong technical documentation skills Ability to align IT service offerings with business strategies goals and objectives Ability to perform root cause analysis and perform critical thinking around driving an issue to resolution Troubleshoot technical issues or escalate and work with appropriate technology teams to provide solutions. Experience working a in a multicultural department with globally disperse resources and responsibilities Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; includes the ability to communicate clearly and confidently todifferent audiences simultaneously such as business technical operations senior management etc. Possess excellent trouble-shooting skills are driven to help internal/external customers. Aggressively respond to service requests from Client facing support teams Operations partners etc. Manage application and infrastructure to maximize stability and resiliency. Leverage and improve monitoring andalerting capabilities to ensure application SLAs are met. Strong focus on automation and processes. Design implement improve and utilize key monitoring tools Banking & financial industry system experience Infrastructure product knowledge as mentioned above in Responsibilities. Experience with ITIL processes Strong understanding of Unix/Linux platform. Strong SQL/RDBMS skills preferably on Oracle & Sybase platform Experience working with scheduling tools like Autosys/Control-M Good communication skills (both verbal and written) Able to multi-task self-motivated and remain composed in high pressure situations Ability to work in global team with multiple stakeholdersOur Corporate & Investment Bank relies on innovators like you to build and maintain the technology that helps us safely service the worlds important corporations governments and institutions.
