Senior Java Developer - Webservices/jboss

Job Description

• Duration 6 months contract - 5 - 9 years experience candidates required - Experience of working in Payments application Domain - Hands on experience of on working with core Java application servers (Jboss) SQL & RDBMS (PostGRES) Web-services (JSON REST and SOAP) (Consumer and publisher side) & data format e.g. JSON & XML - Good knowledge of Spring hibernate micro service - Good knowledge Design and Development Practices including application layering - Hands-on experience on respective areas for at least 5 years - Hands-on on core components of Java libraries Spring hibernate SQL - High - Effective communicator Solutions focused mentality - Positive Approach willing to learn can do Attitude a must have - Team player Essential knowledge skills & attributes- - For this role Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming in Java and Web-based applications including security implementation. - Hands on experience of on working with core Java application servers (Jboss) SQL & RDBMS (PostGRES) Web-services (JSON REST and SOAP) (Consumer and publisher side)& data format e.g. JSON & XML - Hands on experience of using IntelliJ or Eclipse/My Eclipse IDE writing Junit test cases working with Maven/ Gradle GIT - Able to provide Design and Development Support - Understand application layering - Experience with modern software development methodologies (Agile Kanban XP etc.) - Personal attributes are strong logical and Analytical Skills should be able to articulate his/her thoughts very clearly and precisely in English (written and verbal) - Hands on experience in TDD Code quality aspects (static code analysis Junits code coverage) and CICD understanding with best practices. - Good debugging skills. - Understanding of schedulers like Quartz - Understanding of Spring hibernate micro service Additional/Desirable capabilities- - Experience of working in Payments application Domain - Experience with JavaScript AngularJS and jQuery - Hands on experience of working with tools like Jenkins Bamboo Confluence JIRA Rally Sonar - Understanding of Zero defect development. (This is more of a thought instead of skill) - Understanding of multi-tenant applications. - Understanding of concepts of stateless and stateful - Hands on experience of technologies like JSF JSTL AJAX JQuery WS-Security Spring Security Log4j
