Assistant Manager - Training & Development - RPA/Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Domain Primary Responsibilities : - Consult with key business stakeholders to identify requirements for new training. - Create training programs and processes. - Lead internal team and training partners to world-class training offerings appropriate for global audience. - Identify potential training partners to support and supplement the team and own the partner relationship once a contract is in place. - Develop engaging product suites including instructor-led training print video eLearning assets web-based training content and social media communication applications. - Supervise all phases of instructional design including needs analysis research consultation with subject matter experts designing developing editing creating assessments and publishing to multiple formats. - Deploys data analytics and innovative strategies to measure and enhance the effectiveness of learning on the organizations short and long-term goals Role :- Assistant Manager - Product Training must efficiently lead and guide the training and development department.- He should be able to lead and support the department in the creation of training programs and materials.- He must leverage analysis of ongoing programs to ensure quality training is provided to clients and there is a constant improvement in training programs and initiatives.- He must work closely and in collaboration with various department heads and employees in developing unique and effective training solutions specific to the different departments.Academic: Master of Technology is preferredExperience : Overall 7 to 9 years of experience in training and development 4 years of experience in RPA/AI/ML domain.Skills & Experience :- Advanced organizational and decision-making skills- Strong training and presentation/platform skills- Knowledge of LMS functionalities for training programs including experience implementing and utilizing LMS for training- Knowledge of training and development theory techniques and practices- Strong work ethics high integrity and energy to create and deliver.- Strong communications and partnering skills; one who can develop relationships at every level and respect all roles within the organization.- Experience in creating a vision and defining articulating and implementing a comprehensive Learning Strategy.- Knowledge of current digital and virtual training.- Change management designing e-learning skills- Strong team player and able to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally.- Solid verbal written communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
