• Data Scientist - R/NoSQL/Hadoop/MongoDB - IIT/NIT/BITS (1-3 yrs) Data Scientist ( 15 - 25 LPA ) (1-3 yrs) Basic Requirement: As a Data Scientist you will be part of our growing Data Science Lab. As a data scientist you will get to design and develop data-driven products and features. You will learn and employ the latest technologies in data technologies to influence products. You will develop amazing consumer-facing applications as well as our in-house analytics platform. Job Description: - Apply learning techniques on companys real estate data to come with innovative products and features that will redefine real-estate on web. - Extract and analyse our web usage data to help us decide what features click with the users. - Design experiments and success metrics to test out new product ideas. - Do ground-breaking work in optimizing logistics of our huge operations team with data-driven optimization algorithms. - Analyse user behaviour and develop User Recommendation Systems and also come up with new ideas and technologies to delight our users. - Work with product managers and designers to build amazing consumer facing data driven products. - Be responsible to drive our data and technology blogs. - Design and build tools for our Analytics teams. QUALIFICATIONS: Premier institute B.Tech [IITs/NIT/BITS] EXPERIENCE: 1- 03 years- experience in data analysis & visualization using libraries and tools like R SciPy Scikit-learn. Familiarity with web frameworks like Django would be an added advantage. Some experience working with large datasets and NoSQL solutions like Hadoop MongoDB. SKILLS: - Strong background in Machine Learning Statistics or Information Retrieval. - Fluency with at least in scripting language such as Python. - Familiarity with relational databases and SQL. - Endless ideas about how to leverage Housings unique data set. - Critical thinking ability to track down complex data and engineering issues evaluate different algorithmic approaches and analyse data to solve problems. - Creativity: you can conceive of new data driven products features and technologies. - Results: you prioritize focusing on ideas and features that will have significant measurable impact. - Planning & estimation: ability to set and meet your own project objectives & milestones. - Ability to coordinate effectively with team members in engineering design and product.
