Principal Engineer - Java/spring/hibernate

Job Description

• Your Role and Responsibilities : - Build the Platform (Omni-Commerce Big Data Customer Data Platform IOT etal) - Architect Design & Implement major functionalities of the platform - Strong tech leadership role to lead the team - Develop prototypes and proof of concepts - Participate in design & code reviews mentor & coach the broader team - Collaborate with Product Management QA & other cross-functional organizations to ensure the success of deliverables - Evaluate and recommend tools technologies and frameworks - Adopt and recommend best practices and guidelines for design and implementation Required Skills :- Minimum 5 years of experience in core JAVA- Experience developing highly scalable web applications that handle huge traffic and large amounts of data- Knowledge of non-functional aspects such as Availability Scalability and Performance- Experience with frameworks such as J2EE Spring and Hibernate is a plus- Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment- Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion to solve complex technical problems and ability to come up with creative solutions- Deep understanding of OO concepts Database design REST APIs & Service design- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDesired Skills and traits :- Self-driven with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software and creating business impact- Highly motivated team player who collaborates well with others to help team and project succeed
