Position : Technical Support Engineer Location: Bangalore No. of Positions: 2 & 1 Experience: 0-2yrs & 3-5years Joining date: immediate JD: (voice process) Tasks you may be involved in include: Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries Analysing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems Should be taking care of Email Chats and Calls Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves Should be working on multiple applications like Citrix AD etc Requirements: Any Bachelors degree Proven working experience in Enterprise technical support Working knowledge of Windows systems Visual Studio C# IIS troubleshooting Citrix Virtual Environments. Basic knowledge of Database SQL/VB/Java scripting Excel macros will be added advantage not mandatory Basic knowledge about Active Directory Windows Server 2012 onwards Cluster Experience with Macintosh will be an added advantage Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills Excellent client-facing skills Excellent listening skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately Night shifts ( Working for a client located in USA) - a year bond should be committed.
