• Job Description: The Business Analyst will work closely with product leaders as a data-driven advisor and partner on strategic issues. Will proactively perform a wide range of analysis to identify trends issues and opportunities across industry. Create actionable insights after Identifying analysing and Interpreting trends or patterns from transaction and available information. Classifying and generating customer segments based on spending/saving patterns payment preferences share of wallet etc. Enriching data quality by suggesting upgrades/feature enhancements to the core product offering. Working with management and product owners to prioritize business and information needs. Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities. Good understanding of Financial Services Domain. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects. Strong experience performing quantitative analysis. Excellent SQL skills with extensive experience querying large complex data sets. Ability to execute research projects and generate practical results and recommendations. The candidate should enjoy both working with people and undertaking rigorous statistical analysis. Good skills with a strong grasp of both technical and business perspectives. Desired Skills and Experience Analysing complex data sets performing quantitative analysis Excellent SQL skills undertaking rigorous statistical analysis & Business Analysis. Ability to work extensively with tools/environments like SQL Hadoop Tableau MS Excel and Powerpoint.
