• The Client Business Solutions Analyst plays an important role in the success of the client Information Data Services Team. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with Reporting Requirements originating from business stakeholders to ensure delivery for strategic projects and enhancements. The Business Solutions Analyst is a key driver for gathering requirements grooming detailed user stories with acceptance criteria data profiling functional validation and facilitate User Acceptance Testing Understands business reporting requirements and translates into an IT solution Interface with client Business stakeholders to gather business requirements Translate the requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for the technical team Perform data profiling to translate the business requirements to user stories Create functional test cases and perform functional validation Facilitate User Acceptance testing with the business stakeholders Manage requirements volatility integrity and continuity via change management and reprioritization Use structured and disciplined approaches to solving problems. Innovation creativity and an outside-the-box mindset are all keys to your success as you work with stakeholders and delve into the real business needs of the client and not just take the face value of what the needs may be . 6+ years of experience as Business Solutions AnalystMinimum 3 years of experience as Reporting Business Solution Analyst in Sales domain (SFDC or Dynamics Sales) & Data profilingExperience in working with Business stakeholders based out of North AmericaExperience in working with geographically distributed teamsExperience in documenting User Stories and Functional Test casesUnderstanding of release and change management processStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent work standards and highly motivatedExcellent oral and written communication skills (interpersonal and client-facing).
