Specialist - Data Science

Job Description

• - Must have 8+ years- experience in consulting or product development with 4+ years in data science; - Good understanding of applied statistics such as probability distributions measures of dispersion and central tendency hypothesis testing and statistical inferences - Expertise in machine learning algorithms and experience using the following machine learning techniques with machine learning algorithms such as k-NN Naive Bayes SVM Random Forest Linear Regression ARIMA Neural Nets Deep learning etc. - Proficiency in SQL queries - Experience with one or more data science programming language such as R Python SAS etc. - Experience with one or more data visualization tool / library such as Tableau R Shiny Seaborn etc - Proven track record delivering successful data science projects and working with global teams. - Demonstrated leadership by building Data Science teams and fostering growth. - Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics Mathematics Operations Research with coursework and projects in machine learning and data analysis would be highly desired. - Publications in top machine learning AI or data science conferences and journals are highly desirable.
