• : A Senior Java Engineer (MTS/SMTS) to be part of our high-caliber engineering groups in designing and developing the API platform. A passion to build complex highly scalable resilient Java-based enterprise-grade applications and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment is necessary. Job Summary & Responsibilities : - Work as a Senior member of the development team in enhancing the API platform - Write clean code with a high respect for test cases and design integrity - Work closely with others in coming up with a high level and low-level design for all major changes - Guide other engineers in following engineering best practices like TDD Pair-Programming etc. - Collaborate with colleagues from other areas of the company in identifying inter-dependencies for any system enhancement - Collaborate with the Automation Architect in coming up with a strategy to achieve close to 100% automation - Act as the technical expert on the floor for any common technical problems - Analyse production issues determine RCA and come up with a plan to feed the learnings into the subsequent product upgrades. - BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech/MS degree in Computer Science or related field preferably from IIT or NIT- 6+ years of industry experience developing large-scale enterprise software- Solid proficiency in building REST-based APIs using Java Spring Hibernate Oracle- Thorough understanding of software development and test processes with active participation and results from such practices- Strong in Data Structures Algorithms Problem-solving and Computer Science Fundamentals- Strong in High Level and Low-Level Design- Excellent interpersonal skills written and verbal communication skills analytical ability and leadership skillsPreferred Qualifications/Skills :- Experience working in a product development company in FinTech domain- Agile scrum methodologies- Experience in DevOps processes tools and technologies- Experience with RDBMS data modeling- Experience in Financial Domain- Experience in Perforce and Version1 tools is a big advantage
