• Job Title: Data Analyst- Commercial & Operations (Business Shared Services) Vertical : HCCB Business Services Business Analytics Job Objective : 1.The Analysts will primarily cater to reporting and analytics for the Commercial and Operations vertical 2. Key deliverables to be on delivering standard reports and insight generation / mine multiple data sources (SAP Margin Miner Nielsen POS data Incidence data data collected from market and other internal legacy applications) 3. Expertise in Data mining and Slicing /Dicing techniques to highlight key opportunity areas and automate reports (Ability to leverage macros/power pivots/Visual Basic and hands on experience on advanced reporting tools like Tableau SAP BO Robotics etc...). 4. Identifying key opportunity/gaps through monthly/fortnightly business reviews (Good in PPT making and storytelling skills) 5. Proficiency in statistical modeling and tools like R and SAS to deliver key strategic projects identified. Position Reports To: Administrative Reporting: Manager Commercial and Operations Analytics Business Shares Services Functional Reporting Manager Commercial and Operations Analytics Business Shares Services Supervises: None Job Responsibilities Design predictive analytics and diagnostic analytics processes for Commercial and Operations. Collaborate with key stake-holders (functional and operational) and identify key Cost and Revenue Drivers and opportunities to improve operational performance. Apply data science methodology to design / create analytics reports tools and capabilities to improve business performance based on the opportunities Recommend operational actions based on analytics output and build a mechanism to review execution based on recommendations Define key KPIs based on analytical output and set up processes to drive these KPIs after aligning with the Key Functional and Operational stakeholders. Drive completion landscaping/new opportunity mapping and track performance of NPD Minimum Education :Graduate Post Graduate qualification from a reputed Institute /University Specialization in statistics; Certification in Analytics Areas Certification in Business Intelligence and Data MiningCandidate should have a minimum of 4-5 years of Reporting & Analytical experience along with strong functional knowledge of FMCG business specially in Commercial and Operations functions.Minimum work exp : Skill proficiency in - Data Visualization (SAP BO Tableau) Statistical modelling proficiency in VB SQL. proficiency in R SAS will be an added advantage ability to link large disparate sets of data and derive insights.
