Chief Engineer

Job Description

• Require a Chief Engineer , Location: Mg Road, Bangalore , Salary: 34k/PM, Who can apply: Candidates with very good communication skill, Have Strong knowledge of technical equipment, Dg Chiller, Havac , , Skillset required for this position:, 1) The daily round of technical/ utility area
• 2) Countersign all technical logbooks, like DG, LT, transformer, KWH reading register, STP, WTP and technician handing taking over books on a daily basis. In case of any error in the record, it should be corrected and conveyed to a respective technician for further guidance. , 3) Ensuring PPM is carried out as per schedule and maintenance checklist and history card. , 4) Maintain history card as per activity carried out on the equipment
• 5) Management of technical manpower as per the requirement. In case of shortage, the same should be informed to the technical manager and estate manager
• 6) Monitoring of HSD stock and its consumption on daily basis
• 7) Ensuring proper working and maintenance of engineering assets/equipment
• 8) Attending and resolving complaints related to engineering works
• 9) Data entry and upkeep of records and log books in professional manner
• 10) Ensuring all data is accurate, complete and entered on daily basis
• 11) Proper handling and taking over with previous shift engineer including activities carried out/ defect occurred/resolved in the previous shift
• 12) Maintaining of the checklist and ensuring compliance by operators
• 13) Timely escalation of suggestions/observations to improve the maintenance system and procedures
• 14) Ensuring compliance with governing documents by one and all
• 15) Maintaining inventory records of spares
• 16) Tracking of pending complaints & ensure that is minimized for complaints
