Production Engineer

Job Description

• Responsible for day to day production activities, manpower handling, Supervising the production activities to reach the desired quantity & quality, Should have experience in handling & trouble shooting of hydraulic presses 10T 250T, Hands of experience in setting & trouble shooting of Stud welding machines
• Hands of experience on assembly line set up, trouble shooting & balancing
• Monitor and reduce process reworks & rejections on day to day basis with proper action plans, Implementing the CAPA for in-house & customer complaints & monitor the sustainability of the same, Train production supervisors & line operators to get maximum output, Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipments & other plant resources, Maintain 5S in the shop floor, Closely work with store team to get the required raw materials day to day basis, Communicate daily production & rejection details to team members to create awareness, Ensure all manufactured products meets the standard quality requirements, Knowledge on ISO 9001 , Monitor the process in accordance with the standard work instructions, Co-ordinate with CFT to get required support for production activities, , , , Please refer to the Job description above
