• ,IBM BPM - Software Development Engineer- II , , , : , , - Collaborate with BPM analysts, process responsible and subject matter experts. , , - Develop, maintain and enhance business processes in IBM BPM , , - Understand the business process and prepare technical artefacts , , - Work with team members on integration and process development , , - Understand hardware metrics and integration metrics , , - Collaborate with BPM Solution architects and administrators , , - Mentor and lead other developers, providing guidance on design and best practices. , , - Estimate development (tasks) to deliver user stories , , - Implement process flows, services, business logic, and user interfaces(coaches) , , - Build KPIs, SLA and Scoreboards , , - Implements organization model and task routing policies. , , - Other duties as assigned. , , Desired Skills and Experience: ,- BE or Equivalent degree (CS preferred). ,- 5 years to 7 years of development experience in IBM BPM. ,- Strong understanding of development processes and methodologies. ,- Thorough understanding on software development lifecycle. ,- Experience on leadership activities, handling small group of members ,- Experience on core IBM Business Process Manager products and methods. ,- Experience working with java script,, Angular, Ajax, SOA, IID, Websphere Process Server, Websphere Lombardi Edition etc ,- Desirable experience on, BPM Rest API
• etc ,- Web development skills (, SQL, logic flows, User Interface development, HTML,etc) preferred ,- Expertise in features of BPMS in the context of process applications and solutions ,- Experience on Web services and Service Oriented Architecture. ,- Expertise in best practice recommendations and design patterns in process applications. ,- Experience in implementing and deploying process application, business reports in production environment ,- Self-motivated to explore new technologies, applications and environments. ,- Strong oral and written communication skills. ,Location: Bangalore, India ,Remuneration: As par with industry,
