• Full Stack Developer - PHP (3-7 yrs), , Full Stack Developer, , - We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with good experience and knowledge in Open source stack like PHP, AWS and other web application technologies. , , , - Experience and Knowledge on Java, Python will be an added advantage, , - We'd also like him to have excellent problem solving, communication skills and abilities to translate complex requirements into functional architecture
• , - Capability to work as individual and in groups, willingness and passion to learn new stuffs and energy to face challenges, , Requirements :, , - Strong hands-on programming and design expertise with willingness and capability to learn new technologies, , - 3+ years of development experience, with skills on platforms related PHP and Stacks, , - Strong expertise over building complex scalable Applications that engages and leverages multiple technology, , - Strong knowledge in delivering Secured Web Services using REST / SOAP, , - Knowledge and experience in AWS and its services
• , - Knowledge on MVC Architecture and Designs, , - Expertise in Designing/Architecting complex database setups and logics, , - Excellent Verbal and Oral skills to effectively communicate strategy and technical details across various streams of business, , - Ability to Convert Client Requirements into effective technical documents, , - Subtle leadership quality, Interpersonal Skills and ability to get things done, , Roles & Responsibilities :, , - Ability to play smart / swap across roles (Developer or Lead) as when required, , - End to End Collaboration with various business stakeholders and other disciplines, , - Make functional and technical design recommendations, , - Design or adapt processes as the basis for gathering business requirements and execution, , - Perform skilled Stakeholder & Team Coordination, , - Provide visibility to the project team and the business on any changes or issues, , - Coordinate & Manage any Functional dependency or risks of the project
