Job Description

• Primary Job responsibilities:, , - Customer management and coordinate multi-phased programs by guiding cross functional teams (US and India) to define scope, plan and deliver high quality software, , - Responsible in technology delivery onsite and offshore, , - Participate in technology solution discussions, troubleshooting issues actively, , - Contribute actively and heavily in daily coding/application development tasks along with leading communication between engineering teams, , - Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, while fostering an environment of collaboration, trust and accountability across different stake holders (Customer at US and offshore engagement manager and engineering teams), , Required Skills:,- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (Computer science/Electronics),- 8+ years- experience in the IT/Software Development.Hands-on expertise (current) in Java/J2EE related projects previously acted as tech lead onsite
• - Good grasp on frameworks such as Hibernate, Spring ( WS extensions) is required,- Handson knowledge of relational database systems (Oracle, MySQL, PostGreSQL)Handson with SOA/RESTful Web services authoring,- Good exposure to QA automation ( conceptual and practical)Good understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) modelGood practical experience in Agile, Iterative SDLC model,- Ability to work and communicate technically in a cross-functional, internationally dispersed environment (mainly US and India) and effectively,Required experience:,- Core Java and J2EE Development: 5 year
