(1) End to end recruitment services, and We have an expert TA team having core capability to propose quality pre-screened profiles and work hand in hand with the clients to close the RIGHT fits. We use an industry standard internal tool to deliver this service end to end.
(2) Interview-as-a-service platform and solution. Here our capability is to source pre-interviewed candidates. We have a unique platform with more than 300 industry experts impaneled for doing interviews. Every hiring manager would love to hire the right talent spending lesser time. Our team can help reduce the time spent by hiring manager by 50 to 60%.
Talentino has been supporting a good mix of growing start ups and big companies across India in their mission to discover the right talent.
We have our own Applicant Tracking System (ATS) where we can create a corporate account and the respective managers can get proper visibility. We get into an agreement which helps to enable this.
