• Dear people , ,We have Immediate requirement for a Recruitment Manager for STAFFING ORGANIZATION
• Designation: Manager Recruitment
• Department : Recruitment / Business/ Operations
• Experience: Min. 5 years in Core Recruitment (Domestic) in the Staffing / Recruitment industry, shall have a minimum of 1 year experience as Team Leader in a Permanent NON-IT & IT Staffing
• Working Hours : 10 Am to 7 Pm
• -->Handle a Team of Recruiters
• -->Responsible for Delivery of Resources as Per the Client Expectations on Given Time
• -->Responsible for Revenue Generation in Permanent & Temporary Staffing
• -->Handling End to End Recruitment Life Cycle from Gathering Requirements to Delivery of the Candidate
• -->Rate Negotiations with Consultants & taking care of BD Part,-->Achieving Target given by the management
• --> Responsible in making the revenue generation & acquiring new business , New Clients,-->Use methods of cold calling, emails, LinkedIn etc to generate leads
•  ,Note: Only Relevant Experience & Immediate Joiners Preferred
