• Initial screening and short listing of candidate as per job description and job specification
• Scheduling the candidates and putting them for an interview
• Convince the candidate to join in a particular timeline to fill the Position
• Coordination with the candidates till the offer is rolled out
• Handling requirements of various experience level from Junior to Top Management
• Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports and maintaining systematic database
• Desired Profiles:, Understanding of the HR recruitment process within consulting business
• Candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, Involved in end to end recruitment cycle preferably in IT Sector for Product & Services companies
• Should have self- created database, own network of contacts and Social Networking
