• Position,Software Engineer,Esko is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Software Enginee for our product engineering team located in Bangalore, India. As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a global team and will work on product engineering of various Esko products in multiple platforms
• Experience, 1 to 4 yea of relevant work experience in software development with a good hands-on C development skills
• Experience in developing projects using Agile / SCRUM framework,Education,BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech,Skills Mandatory, Good programming knowledge in C , Good knowledge of object oriented (OOPS) concepts, Strong analytical skills to solve problems with minimal guidance
• Ability to work as part of a global team with good communication skills (written and spoken English), Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them where they are needed
• Skills Nice to have, Programming C applications for Windows and Mac platforms using QT framework, Scripting Knowledge Knowledge on any scripting language such as JavaScript (NodeJS, ReactJS etc.), PHP, Apple script is an added advantage, Knowledge on software application development cycle is an added advantage, Scrum Knowledge in Scrum or Agile software development process is an added advantage,Key Responsibilities, Analysing requirement specification (spike on stories) and carry out feasibility analysis, Design modules or applications to include user interface and business logic, Code, test and troubleshoot applications utilizing the appropriate hardware, software platform, database, programming tools and technology, Maintain and modify applications; make approved changes and fix bugs as assigned from time to time, Maintain quality of product by following good coding guideline and using test driven development, Write and maintain programming documentation which include commenting code and user guides, Interact with team, team leader and product owner on project status and resolution of critical issues, Drives best practices: leverage all round knowledge to promote best practices within the team,Desired characteristics, A technical mindset with great attention to detail, Flexible, willing to go the extra mile while at the same time being an agile and fast learner, Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment, Very good sense of ownehip, Effective and Clear Communicator, asking right questions, actively listen and ability to collect right inputs,Qualification,Experience, 1 to 4 yea of relevant work experience in software development with a good hands-on C development skills
