The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions.The Technology team at our GSCs service all Lines of Business and Enterprise Technology in helping build and operate innovative industry leading solutions. The breadth of capabilities within the Technology team at the GSC enables it to support the firm in leading edge areas such as Digital Big data analytics Robotics & Machine Learning.Roles & Responsibilities:Collects and defines business requirements in partnership and collaboration with the business.Experience in Jira confluence documentation and story refinement.Experience in a Business Analyst contributor roleStrong customer focus excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Perform data analysis.Collaborates with Application/Domain Owners as the Process Management counterpart in the management of services (Business Process Management) such as requests optimizations etc.Completes process repository/project documentation and maintenance tasks on all processes in the work groupsCoordinates work for project team members.Use Erwin Enterprise Data Modeler Suite to enforce naming data type and referential integrity standards to capture business definition of entities and data element and to maintain versions of the Model Mart.Generate DDL from a model for Oracle and Teradata.Collaborate closely with technical analysts and application owners as the business/functional counterpart in solution identification and maintenanceSupport newly identified conceptual designs newly identified business solution optionsSupports the preparation of estimatesSupports and completes Systems/IST/UAT and test case coordination with the businessWork with the business to design effective processes (Business Process Management)Responsible for use cases business rules and parametersPerforms problem analysis for complex defects for project work or production support.Excellent understanding of development concepts and SDLC methodologies.Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.Understanding of object orientation and software design patternsGood to have QA support in functional test case generation and test result validation.Advantage to have ETL tools knowledge.Qualifications:Overall 5 years of experience as Business System Analyst/Data Modeler.Worked in banking Domain. Exposure to Banking industry a mustExperience in SDLC process using both Waterfall and Agile methodExperience working with technology teamExperience in Agile methodology ScrumMust have played the role of liaison between the lines of business and the Development team.Analyzes Business Requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how their applications can best functionally fulfill those needs.
