• Digital Learning Solutions Development Manager Req #: 190053903Location: Bangalore East KA INJob Category: Human ResourcesReporting to a Digital Learning Stack Director the Digital Learning Development Manager leads a team of Digital Learning Developers who identify recommend and create digital learning solutions that help the LOB meet business goals.Partners with other learning professionals to design and develop effective training solutions that impact business resultsProvides constructive feedback and guidance to direct reports on all aspects of training projects including analysis design development implementation evaluation usability etc.Assigns projects based on capacity and capability to get the work doneReviews project documentation (performance agreement training outline training storyboard etc.) for completeness identifies opportunities for efficiencies and innovationReviews work for use of effective design principles appropriate use of adult learning principles effectiveness at addressing the uncovered need/gap etc.Monitors and ensures projects stay on trackPartners with eLearning and Delivery to improve and assess the effectiveness of training contentEnsures that all training materials are properly reviewed and approved by Compliance SMEs etc.Ensures all output meets internal team standards (quality layout templates etc.)Develops and maintains a solid knowledge of LOB job roles environment goals culture key players policies/ procedures etc.Ensures the appropriate measurement and evaluation strategy is designed and executed to measure the effectiveness of projectsEnsures direct reports collaborate with training peers to identify efficiencies opportunities to leverage content design approach best practices etc.Ensures that resources embrace new training technologies and approachesMay lead all aspects of a project from Analysis to Evaluation on an as needed basisMay manage the inventory of learning resources (online classroom job aids etc.)7 years managing teams successfully (strongly preferred)7 years experience in design developing and implementing instructional design solutions (strongly preferred)Strong consulting negotiation and influence skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong self-awareness and sense of accountabilityProven accomplishment in building relationships with customers and internal clientsProven ability to lead teams to meet objectivesDemonstrated ability to successfully give and receive feedback at all levels of the organizationStrong analytical and questioning skillsAble to synthesize and distill large amounts of information into key messagesFinancial services industry experience (preferred)Bachelors degree in learning and development educational technology graphic design or similar degree (preferred)At least 3 years of experience managing digital media or instructional design projects preferredExpertise in advanced design tools (preferred)Knowledge of LMS course publishing SCORM and AICC eLearning taxonomy and the basics of Internet technology preferredSome exposure to developing for mobile devices HTML5 JavaScript and other client-side languages would be helpful but are not required
