  • CIB - Securities Services - Product Development: Extended Enterprise Bangalore Req #: 190052754Location: Bangalore East KA INJob Category: Product ManagementCIB - Securities Services Extended Enterprise Process SMEThe Securities Services Extended Enterprise Product Development Team is responsible for defining the product roadmap and managing execution and delivery of the integrated operating model a solution to connect more directly with Securities Services clients and vendor applications. This position is responsible for end-to-end program delivery including holistic governance tracking requirements testing implementation and scaling across clients for Extended Enterprise initiatives. This person will be a process systems and data subject matter expert and interact with internal partners across the front office technology and operations on all facets of a program including stakeholder management training and expanding the Extended Enterprise brand. Additionally this person will present to clients on the integrated operating model and work with vendors to identify key opportunities build relationships and deliver solutions for Extended Enterprise.Key Responsibilities:Product Development for Extended Enterprise with focus on strategic connectivity to client applications and third party vendor applications as well as onboarding relevant data onto the strategic data platformAct as SME to client facing stakeholders (new business and on-going client support)Partner across the POTL (Product Development Operations Technology Leads) to drive Extended Enterprise initiatives and deliver resultsProduct Inquiries: Assist with the resolution of client inquiries and production support issuesApply critical thinking to understand requirements; identify evaluate and propose solutions where necessaryOperational readiness: Understand current state and future state flows and provide support required for defining on-boarding model including migration planning and execution as neededOrganization & Planning: Track and monitor multiple deliverables and give clarity and direction to all internal and external stakeholdersControls: Ensure appropriate adherence to Risk and Control policy and put appropriate risk mitigation in placeCommunication Skills: Adapt communication style according to audience and occasion. Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders both internal and external to the firm. Provide updates as required to senior management including overall governance (milestone tracking and reporting monthly and quarterly achievements) and call reportsLeadership: Exhibit leadership across the separate business and functional groups to drive progress ensure coordination and build coherenceDiligent Tracking and Governance of short medium and long term programs with ability to dynamically reprioritize as required by the businessRequired Qualifications and Characteristics:3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry in a back office or middle office operations environment.Subject Matter Expertise: Must be an operations SME with experience in large programs delivering change in a complex operational environment ideally within investor services businesses and/or custody & fund services.Experience within Traditional Fund Services Custody or Agency Lending operations is highly desirable as is an ability to display sound understanding of the lifecycle across various asset classes as well as Corporate Actions and Reconciliations.Broad-based business knowledge across the full Securities Services suite including custody and fund servicesExperience and knowledge of industry standards to drive strategic vision for Extended EnterpriseExperience with system and process design target operating models including use of VisioA problem solver with the ability to see the big picture across lines of business as well as being able to step in to understand the detail for purpose of resolving issues as and when requiredStrong track record of project delivery and good project disciplineProgram or project certification or equivalent work experienceExcellent written and oral communication clarity of thought and the ability to express oneself clearly both to internal and external stakeholdersDrive and determination: leading influencing and driving multiple programs to meet overall Extended Enterprise project objectivesStrong analytical quantitative and qualitative skills; exceptional Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint/SharePoint Designer skillsProven good judgment particularly with prioritizing your own workload including managing multiple deliveries simultaneouslySelf-motivated quick learner comfortable with responsibilityStrong at building relationships across teamsAbility to multi-task dynamically prioritize workloads and manage multiple streams of work concurrently
